Debbie Fortna has been playing piano since age 7. Shortly after beginning Organ study at age 17, she secured her first church organist position and has continued as a church musician. Graduating from LVC with a major in music education – Piano, Organ, and Voice- She taught Music K – 8 in Philadelphia,  New Jersey, and California public schools.
For 12 years, Debbie owned and operated her own music studio in Sacramento, California, teaching piano students beginner to advanced. She played piano professionally for area events, weddings, and musicals, as well as accompanying soloists.  She has continued music learning throughout her career by studying jazz piano privately, taking jazz classes at American River College in California and by attending music workshops. In 2023, she earned a BA in sacred music, Organ, at LVC.
Debbie develops a great rapport with her clients and students. Her love of music shines through her work. She is adaptable to the customers entertainment needs, and will be available to play for dinner music, birthday and anniversary parties, weddings and receptions, and corporate functions.
